The content of this online program is provided for information purposes only and is intended to be educational in nature. It is not intended to be a substitute for therapy or professional health services. The content of the program includes self-reflection, journaling, gentle movement, creative exercises and mindfulness-based activities. Adele Baini does not accept any liability to any person for the information or advice (or the use of such information or advice), which is provided in this program or incorporated into it by reference. The information on this program is provided on the basis that all persons accessing the program undertake responsibility for assessing the relevance and applicability of its content to their own needs.
Insofar as is permitted by law Adele Baini does not accept any liability to any person in reference to using this program or responsibility for any loss (whether direct or consequential), claim, damage to equipment, or persons including any injury or death and you agree to indemnify us in respect to any such loss, damage, claim, injury or death.
Copyright
Other than the use intended by the program any photographs, material or any other proprietary information in this program may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission of the copyright holder. All materials (videos audios, workbooks, frameworks etc.) remain the intellectual property of Adele Baini. Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed or repurposed.
Who is the Program For
You acknowledge that the program is designed for adult women in caring professions (e.g. educators, health professionals). It is not suitable for individuals currently experiencing acute mental health distress or crisis. Each participant is responsible for assessing whether the program is suitable for their needs.
Participant Responsibilities
You acknowledge and agree that each participant is:
Expected to engage respectfully in any group spaces;
Is responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions; and
(c) Can determine in their own discretion whether or not to participate in group calls, activities or reflection exercises which are optional.
Privacy
We know that your privacy is important to you, so your privacy as you use our program is very important to us and all personal data will be collected and use in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Personally Identifiable Information
In using the program we may be provided with personal information. In order to maintain and improve the program, we may gather some statistical data when you use the program. The exact information we collect may vary. We do not associate this statistical information with your personally identifiable information.
How We Use Collected Information
We do not rent, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information to any third party, except as expressly stated below. As noted, we gather the information discussed above for purposes of providing and improving the program. For example, we may use the information to communicate with you about updates and new features, among other things. All data is stored securely via Tekmatix (CRM Platform) and you may request data deletion at any time.
We may employ other companies to perform functions on our behalf, such as providing customer service, sending mail, or other functions necessary for us to provide services to you. We may need to share your personally identifiable information with these companies. However, we will provide them with only the information necessary to perform their functions and will not allow them to use that information for any other purposes.
In the interest of enhancing our service, we may form partnerships with other services. Some of these partnerships may include the sharing of some of your personal information with our partners in order to extend these services to you. We require that our partners respect your privacy and not disclose your information to other organisations without your consent, but beyond that, our partners’ use of your information is governed by their privacy policies.
If we are asked by subpoena or other legal means to disclose any of your personally identifiable information we will only provide information required by law. We will, if permitted by law, attempt to notify you before we respond to the request.
We may transfer any information, including any personally identifiable information, in connection with a sale of all or most of the assets of the business.

Australian Consumer Warranties
If this Agreement constitutes a supply of goods or services to a consumer pursuant to relevant legislation in force in Australian States or Territories ("the Acts") nothing contained in this Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy pursuant to which the Acts are applicable or is conferred on the consumer where to do so is unlawful, in which event our liability (or the liability of any of its affiliates) for any breach of this Agreement, including any liability for consequential loss which the participant may suffer or incur will be limited as we may elect in our sole discretion, in the case of services supplied or offered by us, to either
(a) the supplying of the services again; or
(b) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again
Viruses and/or Bugs
We use our best endeavours to minimise viruses and bugs from infiltrating the program, however due to the nature of the internet from time to time the program may be affected by viruses or bugs. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss whatsoever which may be caused in relation to same.
Acknowledgments
You acknowledge that :
Participation in the program is voluntary and each participant is responsible for their own mental/emotional state;
The program is intended for general wellbeing education not therapy;
No guarantees or warranties are made by Adele Baini regarding outcomes, participants engage in the program at their own discretion, risk and responsibility;
These terms and conditions apply to all digital products , mini-courses, self guided resources and supportive tools provided by Adele Baini, including (but not limited to) audio recordings, journals and free email based challenges.
You may voluntarily submit testimonials which you consent may be used in marketing. Testimonials will not be solicited in any way which violates AHPRA if the service is deemed to be health related.
Adele Baini reserves the right to remove participants from group programs if they violate policies or behave inappropriately. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances other than where required by law.
Payment
Payment for any program, digital course, or product offered by Adele Baini may be made securely via Stripe or another approved payment processor integrated through Tekmatix.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Australian dollars and currently exclude GST. Adele Baini is not presently registered for GST; however, GST will be applied automatically once registration becomes required under Australian taxation law.
For programs such as The Soulful Reset™, participants may choose to pay either in full or via three (3) equal monthly instalments. Instalment payments will be automatically processed on the same date each month through Stripe. Participants remain responsible for completing all instalments once access to the program has commenced.
Failure to make a payment may result in temporary suspension of access until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of access without refund, at Adele Baini’s discretion.
13. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access to course materials, refunds are not available once program content has been accessed, downloaded, or commenced, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
A 48-hour cooling-off period applies to paid programs only (such as The Soulful Reset™). During this period, participants may request a full refund for change of mind, provided that no part of the program has been accessed. Access includes viewing, downloading, or interacting with any course materials.
Where a refund is approved within this window, the participant’s access will be revoked, and no further payments (if applicable) will be processed.
If course progress indicates that any materials have been accessed (for example, where program completion tracking shows activity), the participant will be deemed to have commenced the program and is no longer eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for other digital products, journals, bundles (including Soulful Foundations™) or resources once delivered or accessed.
14. Digital Delivery and Access
All programs and products are delivered digitally via Tekmatix. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access and compatible devices to view materials.
Access to paid programs and digital content is granted for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Unless otherwise stated, access remains available for as long as the program is hosted on Tekmatix or until the product is discontinued. Should a product or platform be retired, reasonable notice will be provided to participants.
15. Scope of Terms
These payment and refund conditions apply to all digital programs, courses, and products offered by Adele Baini, including but not limited to The Soulful Reset™, Pocket-Sized Resets™, The Soulful Foundations™ and any future digital offerings.
